Staff were nice

The mattress was bad that made like pending in the middle

Location was perfect, the facilities inmaculate and the looks really good.

In my reservation was selected to have two queen size beds and thats what we paid for but when we have our rooms we didnt get them instead we end up with full wize beds not exactly what we wanted and not pay for.

The shower. It needs a detachable shower head.

Staff was not friendly and not helpful.

dirty carpets broken doors, odors, room telephone, not working refrigerator not functional tries two rooms before giving up and excepting the last one.

The staff was great. The bartender/server was efficient, pleasant and really made our stay great with getting us our dinner as well as a couple beers.

There was no soap in our room. No bar soap on the sink and the body wash decanter was empty in the shower. Fortunately I had snagged a bar of soap from a previous hotel stay - so we were ok.

the location

the noise was so bad. it also doesn’t look like the photos on here. also, the bedsheets had stains! the supplies in the bathroom was not restocked. I’m wondering what type of cleaning they did before checking us in.

The staff were friendly for the most part. I did have an issue with my phone while I was talking to the front desk so I walked down to the desk and told her that’s why it disconnected us. She never offered to have it looked at. It would have been nice to have that addressed without having to ask.

Booked a king room and got 2 double beds. They said we booked through a second party so they don’t have to honor it. Hotel wasn’t that busy so I felt that could have been handled better and it didn’t say anywhere in our booking that that was the policy. Hot tub jets didn’t work very well. Carpet in the room was pretty worn in areas and the chair looked like something had scratched it up.
