The bad sticks out too much for me to enjoy any part of my stay.
The room felt like it hasn’t been dusted in a long time, my girlfriends allergies were extremely irritated. The first morning there was construction work that started at 10am, we tried to go back to sleep but the work continued until at least noon which is when we finally gave up on sleeping in and we went out for lunch. At 2am that night you could clearly hear a family going all out arguing directly upstairs. Not to mention the basement room we got put in looked nothing liked the pictures. I understand I booked through a third party but to stick us in the basement room when you had barely any other guests was not alright.

Breakfast was great. Staff was nice.
Arrived at 0300 and our room with 2 beds only had one bed made. We had to go to the front to get sheets and make it ourselves. Additionally there were not enough towels.

Super friendly and helpful staff, immaculately clean room, wonderfully comfortable bed. Great location, very quiet, but close to everything.

Breakfast was provided in a brown paper bag - oatmeal, granola bars, pretzels, and orange juice.
For a nicer touch, invest in the bags and personalize them since a hot breakfast wasn’t offered.
The carpeting in the room was dirty, spots throughout. The furniture was scuffed. For the cost of the room and I travel a lot, a makeover is needed.

The jacuzzi tub & porch area were amazing!
Such friendly and welcoming staff - it was a great place to relax at the end of the day.

The hospitality was great, everyone was friendly our hostess Cheryl and Ranita we’re the best front desk hostess. The property was clean and spacious. Beautiful details in the rooms. We were very comfortable.
The trash cans are small and they didn’t have a pool.

needs a lot of updating, the pictures didn’t show what it was really like, smoke around outlet, lots of stained carpet, toilet didn’t flush, smelled smoke in tbt morning, the internet didn’t work,
