The pet fee was expensive for our 2 tiny dogs.

Bedroom separate from the lounge area was nice.
Shower faucet needs to be repaired. Road noise was loud. drapes are falling off the curtain rod.

I never ate the breakfast but my coworker said it was good.
The shower could only be turned on full blast, and then it would not drain properly and I had to bathe in a pool.

Great staff, good rooms
When someone requests accessible room and it isnt available, more effort should be placed on then trying to locate them near elevator as opposed to last room down the hall. Also need to replace chairs outside the front entrance - we missed them!

much has been updated but a few details could be renovated. the drains were probably the most notable and slow at times.

The price for our three night stay was good.
My friend showers at night; she had no complaints. I like morning showers, but there wasn't any hot water. The first two mornings it was barely lukewarm and the last morning the water was too cold to shower. I wouldn't consider this a bad review, though. Most of the staff were very pleasant & the hotel was clean.

The room was spacious and had good furniture placement. The staff were friendly and seemed to really care about my level of comfort and satisfaction.

Right off the highway and the night front desk girl was awesome! She went above and beyond with recommendations for Chicago. Hotel was clean and nice rooms
The cleaning staff was very loud and rude. 8 am 4 or 5 employees across the hall talking and moving furniture then vacuuming. I opened our door and one of them said she looks annoyed but continued to be loud. after travelling long hours we were exhausted and needed to sleep past 8 am. Front desk didn’t care when I called them.

Cracked hotel window and pubic hair all over the tub. Obviously not clean!

The breakfast was awesome. It had everything you wanted for breakfast plus fresh fruit, coffee and juice.

Staff was friendly room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable, and breakfast was well stocked and good.
When I first walked in to the room it was clean but the toilet and seat was very dirty... I had to clean it off myself was covered with feces.... I just don't think the cleaning staff felt it was up to there pay grade to clean it.. other then that had a good stay.

The hotel room was clean and the location met our need to stay close to family.

The hotel has tried charging my card 7 times after they collected my fee when I checked in and after calling them out on it they said it would be fixed and they are still trying to charge my card for another 300$ and an 89$ charge and a 209$ charge after they already got paid the 509 dollars it cost me when I checked it and so possibly I am gonna get my 100$ incidental fee credited but we will see. I hope others watch out for this hotel cause they were putting odd charges through our entire stay and gave us no explanation

The location was easy to get to, and it was near to many of our stops on our trip
it is very outdated looking inside , the staff was not friendly, they did not smile and acted like we should not be there. They did not make e you fell at home at all. our toilet in our room was cracked at the base and would wobble when we sat down and our shower currant had black mold spots on it
