My stay was excellent. I stay here at least once a month in the last few months. The rooms were very clean. The lobby, going up the elevator etc. needs updating. Marcus at the front desk, was absolutely awesome. He helped me get my information straighten out as an Honors member.

Location
We were given a room for the handicap and I did not request it. I was told that there was nothing else available. I was not satisfied with the low closet. There were no wash cloths in the room and toilet should have been cleaner,

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was a good size. The beds were comfortable.
The hotel was close to the Museum of the Mississippi Delta.
The breakfast was just okay, not too many choices.

Welcoming staff (reception and cafe), clean interior hallways, clean exterior. Due to the Covid aftermath room service isn’t on an automatic basis instead per request which can be something to consider. Breakfast was included with the stay; coffee/tea conveniently located in the lobby and cafe area. Refrigerator and microwave located in the room also. My overall stay minus a few cleaning concerns/requests everything was pleasant.

Lack of trash pickup upon request. For future reference, due to the covid aftermath, it will be proactive to leave additional trash bags in the room to eliminate a trash mess, especially with limited housekeeping provided.

Breakfast was fine.
The bed was making noise when you sat on it. The microwave cord was too short and only worked when it was sat on the floor. The heater vent was clogged with more and smelled like it was burning. Requested towels and did not get any.

A couple of the staff was very friendly .
There were spiders in the bath tub.I was charged because the room smile like cigarettes smoke ,, and I don’t smoke never do my husband that was because my husband is a heart patient and started having a little bit of trouble with his breathing so we decided to leave early that next morning we was there on a family reunion oh anyway one of the family members came up because we needed to leave in the early morning to get him to his doctor so some family members came to see about him , one came with a cigarette in his hand and had the room smoking like smoke a lil , but he was asked to please don’t smoke in the room for this , I was charged $250 in wish I am disputing. i payed $343 for 2 nights $250 for a cigarette that never if us smoke,ask the person to leave because my husband can’t be in a closed in smoke and area tried to explain that to the manger she was rude and disrespectful and I will never book for that hotel anymore as a matter fact I’m going on social media about this hotel.

Breakfast was great, the switched it up a little each day, but all good choices. Location was great, located around stores and restaurants. Walmart 2 mins away
No complaints about anything, everything was great and comfortable for myself and my family.
