Bathroom was not clean (many hairs on the floor); no water bottle offer not even in the room.
Old printer, I could not connect to bluetooh or with my laptop. There is construction in the bridge to the main entrance that was not indicated properly how to reach the property.

Everything but the air conditioning
My ac was not working there for it made it hot all day we had our baby with us and the heat was a bit much for him inside all day

Pool and all amenities were great. Breakfast and 4th of July lobby food was also great.
Our sliding glass door didn't lock so I felt uncomfortable at night.

we don’t like that in our room there was a dirty folded towel in the washroom sink. it was so disgusting towel has brown poop color stain in it

This hotel was simply fantastic! Clean, comfortable and beautiful! The breakfast was yummy. We loved our stay.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby with a two story stone fireplace,. Great outdoor space with another outdoor fireplace. Rooms were large and clean.

Beautiful surroundings away from highway. Comfortable interior and enjoyable breakfast.
Nicer weather lol. But all in all was a beautiful hotel. One suggestion fire pit or gas fire places outside.

when I arrived I was charged an additional $50 that I didn’t know about also the breakfast was free but I was charged extra for my room because it “included breakfast”

The room was peaceful with two bedrooms and comfortable beds. The outside was really nice as well and there were stores and restaurants near the hotel so it was a convenient place to stay in too.

gym had not been tended to in some time. Cups, wipes, sanitizer…all out. Machines needed a good wipe down
