The location was nice being right in pigeon forge.

Every towel we got had a stain on it. They were remodeling and I guess had just remodeled the room we were put in and I had to use one of their wash rags and get on my hands and knees and scrub the floor because it was so dirty from the previous construction that my kids couldn’t even walk around barefoot or with socks on. We got one towel and two wash rags in the room when we arrived. For 5 people. Someone tried to open my door 3 times in one night in the middle of the night. Even with the air conditioner running all day long it still wasn’t cold in there at all. The bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable. My husband and I had to take Tylenol as soon as we got up every morning because the beds were so hard it was like sleeping on a brick. We’re 30, we don’t have back problems. Even my kids backs were hurting when they woke up. Parking lot full of potholes

The beds were some what comfy & the price was good considering.

Oh where do I begin? The first night we arrived no water so we told the front desk guy just shrugged his shoulders at us. Next day figured it would've been fixed nothing. Told the man at the front desk again. He just said OK. He was to busy on his phone to even care. 5 days later (we stayed 5 days) still no water!!!!!!!!!! The bathtub wasn't even clean from previous guest absolutely disgusting. Hair every where in the tub. The remote batteries died we had to go out and buy our own batteries. The floor was absolutely disgusting. We bought our own cleaning supplies and it still didn't get up what ever was on that nasty floor. The only good thing I can say is the air conditioner (I like to sleep with the air on 60 even during the winter) my family absolutely hates me for that but the air conditioner got extremely cold. I think that was the only good thing that I can say about this hotel

I love staying with Days Inn. They upgrading the property and it was a little messy but the room we got was perfect.

We had to change rooms because the first room the toilet was broken.

In my reservation under special request I asked for a handicap room, when I arrived I was told that they didn't have a handicap room or a room on the first floor. I had to go to another hotel. After checking my credit card statement I found that I had been charged for a room. I contacted the hotel and was tyotal that there was nothing that they could do about it. DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL

I made reservations and the night before we had a death in the family and I had to go through booking.com to cancel. My understanding was that I probably wouldn't get the first night refunded but I should have received the 2nd night back. I contacted the property and they told me I would have to talk to Amanda (the manager). I called and talked to her the first time and she said she would see what she could do. She told me to text her my name and the reason cause she wasn't at work at the time. So I have texted and called many many times since then and she won't even have the decency to let me know anything. I won't ever deal with this property again cause they have no compassion. She couldn't take 2 minutes of her time to at least answer. She's the rudest and most unfeeling person I've ever talked to. So my advice is go somewhere else because if you need help with anything you sure won't get it from them

Ants, bugs, my mother is elderly water leaking she was so terrified of falling nasty sheets that the place was disgusting, to say the least. Told front desk but they never did anything. Stale breakfast.

The place is awful for a vacation put really nice for a one night stand if you know what I’m saying .. place is really dirty and tore down and check in looked like a war just happened in it

everything. was very dirty, inside the room was filthy, outside the building and the ground were filthy. pool was nasty. people living in the rooms. people smoking everywhere. breakfast was pop tarts. the smell of marijuana was everywhere. please take this off booking.com. I wouldn’t want another family to experience this. we did feel unsafe. possible drug sales in the parking lot and the rooms as well. seen lots of weird activity. such as. multiple cars coming and going in and out of the same room. except late at night. one was next door to me. absolute the worst ever. doesn’t get more ghetto. place needs to be shut down

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! This hotel is a scam. At check-in the staff was horribly rude. They made us sign an agreement saying since we booked a non-smoking room, we would be charged a $250 fee if they could smell cigarette smoke when we left. Immediately upon entering the room it reeked of cigarette smoke and the smoke detector was hanging out of the wall. There were holes in the walls, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty, wires poking out, dirt and stains on the walls... It was nothing at all like the photographs. So we asked for another room since my wife is allergic to cigarette smoke and we were not going to pay a $250 fee on top of our hotel stay for a room that smelled like smoke, when neither of us smoke. They gave us a key to another room that also smelled like smoke. This one is not much better at all. My wife physically could not stay there and was already starting to feel unwell from the smoke smell inside and the constant smoke from seemingly every other customer outside. We went back to the front desk, never even having brought our items into the room, to inform them we cannot stay here for health reasons and asked for a refund. Again, exceptionally rude and we were told to contact BOOKING.COM. Upon calling booking.com, we were told that they would try to contact the manager of the inn about a refund. The Days Inn wouldn't pick up the phone ringing right next to them. So with booking.com on the line I walked back inside and asked what the phone number was for that phone right next to them and they begrudgingly responded. Booking.com placed me on hold, called for a fourth time with me standing there, and I watched the Days Inn finally pick up. Booking.com informed them that they would be sending an email about refunding us to which they scoffed at and said "Go ahead". We never stayed and had to find another hotel.

The reception was a mess (looked like I am in a warehouse facility). The main signage on the road does not match the property name. After inquiring about why the name does not match, the guy at the reception said, "It is what it is."

I liked that we were right on Pigeon Forge pretty much & just 15 minutes from Gatlinburg!

The bathroom had holes and were covered with toilet paper, the curtains & carpet were ripped! My baby nephew walked barefoot for a couple of mins & his feet were so dark from the dirt & how dirty the floor/carpet is. The pool seemed super dirty just from looking at it from outside.
