The bed spreads were stained in one room and the carpets were not clean in both rooms.. The bath base and the toilet seat were in poor chipped condition in one room. Dust on most surfaces was clearly evident. The microwave ovens in both rooms were in an unclean state. The hairdryer plugs in both rooms were badly soiled and in need of cleaning from poor hand cleanliness. The seats had many stains and were un-inviting. There was a damage bond taken by reception at the time of booking in,, as well as the 3 nights booking fee for the 2 rooms of US$55/night/each room. There has been no refund at all by Days Inn. (the 2 rooms were not stayed in at all by us). The bond money held of US$64.61 per room still has not been refunded despite it being 14 days since booking in. Emails have not been responded back at all. There should be no reason why bond money and some room booking money is not returned for these 2 unused rooms.

What breakfast? There was no breakfast but sank if can even call it that. No egg, no milk, no cereal, no bread or muffin, no jam, no fruit and not even a tray to put baby cake on it. Just had coffee, tea, dollar store fruit cup and bottled water, kids size orange juice and baby cakes calling it breakfast.

Staff gave me a key to a room that was occupied that could have been very dangerous. People opening others room unauthorized can be killed. Water tap was broken and could not be adjusted. Old,damaged bath tub, and furnitures some repaired with tape. False advertisment for breakfast while roviding sank, no milk, no cereal, no egg, no fruit to no jam. Many rooms appeared to be vacant. Advertised price on night of my arrival was half of what I was charged as nonrefundable reservation. Felt being scamed left and right. Fortunately, it was quit since other rooms were not occupied.

Bathroom and front door were filthy Top of heater and fridge and all furniture and pictures were filthy. Behind bed and next to all edges of carpet were filthy. Light switches were filthy. Towels were dingy, worn thin and had to ask for bath towels. Not talking dirty but truly filthy. Obviously none of this room had been cleaned in such a long time. . The staff was very nice. The property is well lit and near quite a few places to eat. The beds were mostly comfy.

The Breakfast was horrible. Packaged muffins that were mostly smashed and only in Blueveery, mixed fruit cups, coffee, water, and apple juice boxes were all that was offered. The bathtubs were peeling and sharp in a few areas.

The room was not very clean. We saw several roaches. Breakfast was inedible junk food.

I paid for 2 rooms for the holiday weekend, ended up seeing COCKROACHES in both my rooms, half the plug ins didn’t work had a towel in one of the rooms that had blood on it, reported it to the staff and all they told me was they were having people come out to spray the property that day no discounts no refund NOTHING!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND WILL NEVER RETURN OR REFER TO THIS PROPERTY. I WISH THE MANAGER OR OWNER WAS AVAILABLE BUT ALL I GOT WAS “OK WE KNOW WE HAVE EXTERMINATOR COMING OUT THANKS FOR TELLING US”!!! I paid a lot of money to deal with this crap!! I had my infant with my family absolutely disappointed!!

it is a very broken down crappy motel with broken down crappy furnishings in an undesirable atmosphere where it looks like the rooms have been broken into with a crow bar. I can’t believe Wyndham puts their name on such a place.

The room was filthy! The toilet was dirty, the towels and shower curtain were dirty as if they didn't even replace them after the last occupant and the ones that appeared they had been laundered were so badly stained that I went to my vehicle and got a towel out of my mechanics bag to use and then even put it down to sleep on top of. The floor was so filthy that I didn't walk on it without shoes, both beds and the linens had some sort of black flecks on them that when brushed over to see if it was just stained, it came off. All the furniture pieces were broken to the point that they really need to be thrown away. Big hole in the wall, every surface was either full of dust or you could tell something was spilled on it and it had never been wiped clean. The phone in the room that I used to call down to the front desk was so grimy that I did not hold it against my face. The door didn't close or lock properly to the point that I don't know if it actually locked, which added an additional reason I got absolutely no sleep. The shampoo and conditioner bottles they have in the room... the shampoo was apparently new but the conditioner when I went to use it didn't have but a drop in it, so it must have been the left over from the previous occupant and again I couldn't use the wash cloth because it had remnants of prior use (not sure what to call it!) There are hotels that are old but maintained and clean, NOT THIS ONE! It is not maintained at all and the cleanliness is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I was embarrassed to bring my staff to this hotel even for 1 night, I left and found accommodations elsewhere. I booked this hotel because it came up first on the list for business friendly and had a good rating and because it had the Wyndham name attached to it. BEWARE, do not stay at this hotel! I would rather sleep in my car than in this disgustingly, filthy place. No refund was given, even for the night I didn't stay. BAD BUSINESS, all the way around.

The room is terrible, smells very bad, the door can not be securely locked, and all linens come with dirt marked on it including the bed cover and bed sheets. I would suggest anyone steer clear from this property and also I would suggest the Day Inn CEO to remove the Day Inn logo out.

Check-in was fast and easy. We had booked two King rooms, but the hotel was out of those so we were given two double Queen rooms for the same price. That was fine with us. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable, with three pillows each. The rooms had mini-fridges and microwaves that both worked properly. The television was large and got a huge variety of channels. The shower was awesome. The hot water was hot, the water flow was wonderful.

There was nothing bad about the hotel at all, and I would happily stay there again. There are a few things that I consider “so you know” items. There were no coffee makers in the rooms. Usually I take my own but didn’t because we were just there for a single night and the King rooms were supposed to have them. There was plenty of fresh coffee in the morning in the lobby. The hotel offers a limited breakfast - basically coffee and pre-made mini-muffins. But there are numerous restaurants very close by for those who want/need something more substantial. There was no stopper in the sink. I wear contacts so this is something that is important to me. But, being an old hand at hotel stays, I just used one of the provided cups as a makeshift stopper and everything was fine. The rooms did not have hairdryers, and the only toiletries provided were soap, shampoo, and conditioner (no lotion or other extras). Not a problem for me because I always have my own but if you’re counting on using the hotel’s toiletries this can be important. Both rooms need attention, but it is all cosmetic. For instance, there was damage behind the entry door in one room that had been patched but not yet painted. The same with the ceiling in the other room. None of this affected the cleanliness or functionality of the room, but these things do bother some people.
