1st room no heat, exposed electrical wiring hanging out of wall, so they switched room, 2nd room 1 light worked, smelled of cigarettes, was not clean at all,

They don't have breakfast and the room has roaches and DIRTY plus I didn't get a microwave or fridgeator in my room until I got a single bedroom

No breakfast they let the homeless eat everything from the customers all gone by 630 they sit out there and smoke cigarettes all day with the homeless which is fine but not on customer time
Nothing but attitudes and not helping me get my money back in a appropriate time I needed that money at that particular time it slowed my life back for no good cause but denial disrespect and dishonesty

The lady that was working there told me to look at the room 1st before running my credit card. I'm thankful for that.
When we arrived the front doors were locked. It took the person w Orting therr at least 5 to 7 minutes to walk to the window just to talk to them. The motel gave serial killer vibes and or the after hour hotel to have a one night stand! On the site it said they offered breakfast and they didn't. They didn't even have. microwave. We left to find another hotel.

Nothing it was was one of the worst rooms that I ever saw. I went to pick up the keys and the whole building smelled like a smoking house. I absolutely hated this place. It was nothing like what the website showed! I am requesting a full refund!

Finally I had a room with a fridge and microwave.
The clean-up woman came Tony room at 10:45am rushing me out the room,the day before she would not clean my room, usually when I stay over, I clean myself,

The location
The staff was very unreasonable and made a mistake and I made a mistake by making a reservation there. I was not suppose to rent to me so I hoped everything was ok because it was company that did the damage. But they rented to me so I think everything is ok so I thought. So I rented the room another night I think everything cool but when I tried to rent it again then they tell me they was not suppose to rent to me and they kept my 30 deposit.

The pool was nice until they closed it for the last 2 days we were there.
Roaches, water leak in the bathroom, moldy carpet, stained carpets, adjoining door between our rooms was screwed shut, outlets didn't work, guests in the pool til 1 or so in the morning being loud, no breakfast included like was advertised, when we first got there they couldn't find the second reservation we had made,. Would not recommend this place ever to anyone.
