I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby, halls and room. The front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The room was filthy. Absolutely nothing was cleaned. There was mold in coffee pot with coffee still in pot. If you stay here get everything in writing. The GM does not keep his word.

The refrigerator did not work, the room had a musty smell. For $300 a night I expected much more

Not the best. I went down at 9:28 & he was already taking it apart. Offered me a packaged muffin. When I looked, there was still hot sausage & eggs in a warm container.

The TV remote did not work. They tried 3 of them. Told us we could move to another room & then nothing was available. No daily room service. If you aren't providing room service, state that to customer. Only left 2 bath towels. When I asked for a 3rd towel, was asked to exchange a dirty one. I finally got another towel from the front desk and it was small and old. Coffee maker in room did not work. Only good thing was it was quiet to sleep and the location was decent. I would not make a return visit or recommend it.

Our room smelled and was missing the sofa that was advertised with that room. Said waiting on it to come in from ordering new. Only had 2 towels, 2 wash rags in room. Just was not up to par for price. We only stayed 1 night got a refund for the other 2 nights

Bathroom needed complete remodel Very noisy hotel

Mike is the first person everyone sees as soon as you check in. He always greets with a smile and a great attitude. Also, he is very accommodating. Whatever you need, if it's possible, he will make sure to get it to you. He even gave us the best rates he could give. This was so important to us since we just lost our home. We didn't have anywhere to go. Thank you, Mike, for your hospitality.

Liked the location and how easy it was to check in and check out. Worked well for the one night we needed before boarding a cruise.

Not the cleanest or most up to date place but it is definitely not the worst place I have ever stayed. I also didn’t like that we had to put down an additional $100 deposit which we did get back at check out but the uncertainty of possibly not getting it back didn’t sit well with me or my travel companions.
