Smaller bathroom, bed against the wall adjacent to neighbors tv.

King suite was big and we liked that and bed was comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that.
All good for us and if we needed something the staff was very helpful because we did ask for certain things and we got them right away.

NOTHING - I didn’t like one single thing.
very cold inhospitable, everything is outdated. the bathroom was as small as a coat closet. bagged breakfast!!!! BAGGED BREAKFAST. I didn’t see any other patrons while there, the lot was consistently 1/4 occupied (possibly primarily by staff members…)

very close to food and gas station
my first room smelled like alot of cigarettes, it was very dirty and the toilet didn’t flushed, phone was broken. went down stairs to tell the staff they moved me to another room it was clean tv very small towels was dirty but was replaced.

Very outdated. Things falling apart in bathroom. Bed very uncomfortable and lumpy. This hotel is not being maintained.

the curtains are like see through, I did like the feeling of being seen and that I had to turn off the lights so no one would see me

It was a good price and close to the hockey rink.

Walls are super thin. My 10yr old and I could hear the people next to us engaging in adult activities. Could hear anytime someone walked down the hallway. So we didn't sleep well at all.
Bed was hard.

Check in was super easy, all the staff was really friendly and kind, the room was super clean and parking was close by.
Breakfast was kind of.meh but unlike most places that claim they have breakfast online then say no when you get there they actually had food. It was grab and go style (think brown paper sack lunch) but at least they had something!

The Hotel itself was very clean and Welcoming. The Halls could use some Heat❗ was pretty cold. My room was very comfortable,clean

room was disgustingly filthy. we arrived late after a 7 hour drive & went straight to bed, didn’t have the energy to complain about the mildly smell to be moved to another room, we didn’t realise until we woke up just how dirty the room was, what looked like dried blood all over the carpet.

The website said it was 5 minutes, or 5 miles from Longwood gardens. But it was 20 minutes away, so it was false advertising.
