We didn’t stay because the pool wasn’t up and running. But staff was very friendly

The breakfast at the property was good. Basic hot breakfast was included for free. The location was close to everything, sleeping was easy as bed was confirm and it was quite at night.
The room was outdated, no usb connection on outlets or the lamps. The bathroom was missing complimentary body wash, curtain rod was a little loose, old refrigerator/microwave. Small yet visible stains on bed sheets, and bathroom. Also jacuzzi was permanently closed but when booking no information was given as such. Overall a little disappointed given the price of the room.

Breakfast was fresh and refilled regularly. There is plenty of community space to sit. Coffee, hot cocoa, and tea available anytime as well as fruit options.
Staff was accommodating and very nice.
Broken leg on the desk in the room. Hot tub was not only closed but filled with concrete/ dirt? Overall, in need of some updates, but staff did a great job with what they had.

Lobby nicely decorated. Friendly front desk staff. Room clean and plenty of space. Great coffee.
No hot tub. They filled it in with sand. Hey, bring back the hot tub. First floor hallway carpets dirty, otherwise clean place.

The air conditioner continuously made a ticking sound throughout the entire night.

Our room was sparkling clean! The building is older but they have made up for it with great staff and service. Will stay here again!

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast really good, staff was super nice.
There was a super strong smell from the lobby of popcorn and carmel. From the room you could not smell, but it was like being in a candy factory. Most it would be a great thing, for me overpowering. We would stay again, so the worst I could say about the place.
