Location and price
No shower chair , we are both paralyzed and the handicap room didn’t have a shower bench or chair

The breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold food. I enjoyed being able to get some hot beverages at arrival time and during the evening! Great idea!
Our heater/AC would not shut off so we had to get another room to sleep in. But the staff were excellent in quickly dealing w the situation!

It was clean. It's near shops and restaurants and the family we were visiting.. The grounds were pretty and well maintained. The rooms were clean. The breakfast is decent with a waffle maker. Uts close to interstate.
You don't get enough towels. You get 1 tiny hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Since the rooms are cheaper, you get all walks of life.. This is our second stay here and for longer. It's OK for a one night stay. Next time, we will add $20 to the costs and try a hotel an exit up in Covington.

Too confusing finding the location. But I would stay there again.

Convenient next to highway. Clean room. Decent breakfast: waffle maker, juice, coffee, grits, egg, sausage, toast, and milk and cereal. Not far from Pontachoula, which was a really cute town.
Menthol smell from cleaning products want entirely to my taste. Didn't try pool next to parking lot.

The property was very difficult to get to coming off. The interstate and a railroad was directly behind the building, making it noisy. Also, there was a $20 pet fee that I was not notified about until I got there and the breakfast was mediocre at best.

there was not any breakfast offered as stated. they brought us dirty blankets with hair and smoke burns. there was hair in the tub.

another guest was given my door key code during the night. the issue was resolved but I didn’t appreciate the intrusion.

The breakfast was awful. The scrambled egg and sausage were cold. The coffee was awful - glad I brought my own. The breakfast was a poor show seeing what the price was. Not impressed at all. The room was also overpriced.
