Good area around a lot of shopping and eating places

The staff was a little lacking in customer service. The rooms wasn’t comfortable to me. I was scared to lay on the sheets. I laid on top of the blanket on my own towels I brought. I NEVER use hotel towels anyway. But they gave us some with stains in them. I should’ve stayed at HILTON like I usually do

Very informative and helpful front desk and shuttle staff. Less than 10 minutes to the airport.

Not the most comfortable bed/pillows, but ok.

The location is amazing, and the room was a great size.

The air conditioning system did not work in our room and all the staff did was keep coming to check it then the manager said to unplug it and if we got hot she'll come back to plug it in. You would think that after paying almost $200 for 1 night they would be more accommodating but they were not. 1st and last time staying here. We also, found hair In the shower but didn't complain about that because we always clean our hotel room before using anything.

Was not pleased with see through shower door, no privacy at all, especially if your sharing a room like l was.

I definitely did like the design of this hotel a lot. The Front Desk Associate was very cool and professional, he knew exactly what he was talking about and gave me more than enough information so that way my stay went well. My bed was SUPER comfortable, I struggle to get out of it the whole time I was there LOL! Also, there were SO MANY restaurants and shops within walking distance and if I did have to drive, it was only a very very short distance across a parking lot or literally across the main road which was extremely convenient! All in all, I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Jacksonville!

My only critiques for this hotel is one, there was no microwave and/or mini fridge in my room so I could store leftover food. Also, the shower door doesn’t completely prevent water from getting out of the shower area so everytime I showered, there would be a puddle but then again, there are towels LOL. Finally, I notice there was not always a Front Desk Associate there especially if someone wanted to purchase something from the Snack Bar. Otherwise, I had absolutely no problems and this was a good hotel!

The location was good. There were several places to eat and shop right by the hotel.

I think for the price I paid, the breakfast should have been free with the room, instead you had to pay for whatever you wanted. Also, the rooms are not equipped with microwaves, which is very inconvenient. The shower door would not close all the way, so the floor was soaked, which could be an accident waiting to happen. Also, the pool was shaded, therefore it was a little too cold for kids to be swimming in.

The location was fine, convenient for us. We enjoy staying at Aloft be a useful it is modern, convenient and located where we needed to stay.

This has to be the nicest, cleanest and efficient stay I’ve had in over 2 years
