The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and good.

The heater/AC wasn't working. Front desk did offer me another room, but I was already unpacked and didn't want to hassle moving. They brought me an extra blanket, but I really didn't need it. There was a very warm and comfy down-like spread, and that was plenty. Other issue - you cannot walk to your room from the front office without going outside. Normally it wouldn't be an issue, but is was there during a storm, and got drenched everytime I went downstairs.

Like the overall feeling of the hotel, we love the design, the comfort of our bed the cleanness, it was really nice. Breakfast was good and staff was really friendly. We had a great time.

The only situation was that whenever people walk upstairs, the noise is overwhelming, especially at night when you’re trying to get some sleep.

Okay if I say that Casa Grande is one of my 3 top hotels in California. One of nicest pools spas, nicest rooms, breakfast above great.

Horrible experience at hotel. Really uncomfortable beds. We had the power go out in room and the maintenance guy walked inn while I was changing !!! After I yelled at him 3 times to wait because I was changing but that didn't stop him he still walked inn half naked!!

The best best western I ever stayed in, has heated pool, great breakfast, rooms are VERY clean and spacious. would stay there any time !

I liked how the staff did not hesitate to give me another room when we had a bad smell in the first room .

Wished the first room I paid for wouldnt have had a bad smell , the substitute room wasn't as big .

Classic mission style of the room, nostalgia feeling. Had some updates to the room without changing the character of the look and feel of Spanish villa. Generous amount of breakfast items and selection in the dinning area.

The first night was quiet, but last night was very noisy-guests on the second floor were noisy-could hear conversations clearly, stomping on floors, and slamming of doors. Needs better sound proofing between rooms. Property had visible wear and tear. Could use more thorough cleaning of floor surfaces, i.e. carpets and chairs. Rust appeared on metal painted door frame to the bathroom. Shower/bathtub faucet operation was not smooth. Valve and diverter for the shower stiff hard to operate.

We slept well and the little fridge worked well. As well as. The heater.

The floors were always dirty… the ‘wood’ floors can’t be just dusted, they need to be cleaned. The rest of the room including the bathroom an bed were always clean. But the floors, disgusting. Oh and the cups for coffee were horrible both in the room and the breakfast area. Everything put in those cups tasted just like cardboard. Absolutely horrible. I’ve stayed at many BW hotels from California to the top of Oregon and never had this kind of experience.
