Postmarc was perfect! A great location, comfy beds, clean rooms and outstanding staff! Super cute ambience too!

we always love our stay at the Postmarc!! it’s very affordable and comfortable. The staff are always kind and make sure that we are always taken care of.

The location is great. It’s close to Marina and restaurants. When I got there, the staff was helpful. They helped me with my charging phone activities in Tahoe and restaurants. I can say they’ve good service and hot tub is very big

The 'deluxe' room we got did not come with a shower curtain, so it's like showering 'in the bedroom'. We asked for another room and the only option 'available' was downstairs. However, there were many other rooms available of the same size on the upper floor. The manager said the other rooms were more expensive. How can they be more expensive if they are the same size and location, except that they have a shower curtain? I went away, came back and insisted to the receptionist and he finally gave us the room we had 'paid for'. We shouldn't have to go through that trouble. Also, one of the lights stopped working, wifi stopped working one night and no hot water was coming out before 7am one day. No breakfast options

Staff were great. Gave us lots of recommendations of where to go for sightseeing on arrival. Turned on the hot tub and sauna for us even though we were seemingly the only people there. Great recommendations for dinner and helpful with our luggage.
