It’s always clean. Staff is great.
The weight Room won’t allow kids under 18 without a parent. My teenager 16 wanted to workout But I was watching my son in the pool area

Requested a new room! Room giving at check -in was dirty (we counted 3 flies and other bugs/dust and hair on table and countertop/blood on duvet/bad smell
The other room was ok. No apology from staff and also unprofessional check-out next morning even with manager present at front desk! (Pool closed too)

Well kept and clean facility
I rented two queen rooms and every single pillow (8 per room) was horrible. They were so lumpy that I couldn’t sleep because I couldn’t get comfortable. Also, the sheets on the beds didn’t fit and constantly kept slipping off the corners of the mattress.

Excellent breakfast, good parking, clean. If not for the too soft mattresses, my grade would be higher.
My wife and I both found our separate queen-sized mattresses too soft. I have a bad back to begin with so that made sleep difficult.

We have been given handicapped room, and per staff, it was not possible to change. Strange!!

Pool was great.
Check in didn’t go well. The Booking.com credit card was rejected. I had to use my own card. When the hotel added $10 for incidentals, the Booking.com credit card rejected the different price. Doesn’t booking.com know that hotels need to charge for incidentals? I worked out the issue myself with the hotel manager.

Very new and modern.
They still use card to check in the room even tho they have updated the rooms. The breakfast was not very good. I am used to going straight to my room already paid and not stopping at the desk. But that didn't work for us at this hotel. My reservation was not automatic. I had to stop and get a key and pay at the desk.

Elevator broke down and loud blower running all night outside our room in 2cd floor hallway. Refrigerator made weird noises all night.

The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was great! Liked the body cleanser, shampoo and conditioner mounted in the shower! Also appreciated the two water bottles freely given
I thought the price was a little steep for an overnight stay, but I know prices are rising on everything! I'm a senior citizen and we have to make our money go a long ways

They would not let us have more than 1 towel the second night of our stay even though it was occupied and paid for 2 people. Also the TV had sound but no picture. We didn't ask about it since they were a little curt about the towels.
