The breakfast was awful and will be the reason we would stay elsewhere. Other motels have the breakfast buffet which is better and the price evens out because of the restaurant prices.

Took forever to check in. Desk staff were not focused. 3 people there but only one checking people in! Parking is a little confusing and sparse.

The desk attendant Shirley was very rude. She acted like she didn’t even want wait on us. Our room had left over food in the refrigerator and the door didn’t have a safety lock. The wifi was work the next morning.

A free breakfast should have been included. Instead we were given a $8 per person voucher for breakfast which didn’t include a drink and didn’t cover the cost of breakfast. When we checked in we were told we had requested a pet room- we had not! As overseas visitors how could we have brought a pet?

I liked nothing about the property

they checked us in and then told us our room wasn’t ready and to wait about 30 minutes, we waited outside for 30 min. went in to check on our room and they had not even started cleaning. they told us to wait longer, so we did and next time we checked they still had not started cleaning the room .we thought we would be in room by 4:00 to get ready to meet up at a family function. we left …….. they charged us for a night even though they were at default by not having the room ready . when handing us the key.when we called them after leaving to cancel room, she said she was going to give us another room!! why didn’t she do that in the first place ??? Very bad customer service ….. she should not have charged us

easy access from highway

front desk staff very abrupt, unfriendly. I don’t know if she was hard of hearing but she yelled when speaking, I felt I as a problem for her. there as something that appeared to be vomit on the sink faucet that I cleaned up.
