Breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

No hot water and the elevator took forever.

My sofa bed was not cleaned from before. There was a pair of shoes inside the bed and it was dirty. My hair dryer caught on fire.

The room, was large and clean, plenty of amenities.

The price was a little high. The room was large enough, with a clean spa tub.

Room sizing was great unlike the other hotel...not enough room

Bed...I think it was a full size bed than a queen size even though it says queen size

No biscuits and gravy, no orange juice, eggs looked really weird,

Tv didn’t work, so at 11 pm they called me to switch rooms, switched rooms and the next day the water was off half the day, cold shower, had to ask for towel and wash clothes for the next day. No bible in room.

Good variety of hot breakfast items

The location is great! It is right next to Marcellos which has amazing pizza, subs, wings, and tons of food options. It is also right across the road from Saubels market if you want to go buy drinks or food for the room. Every staff member we encountered were respectful, kind, had a smile on their face, and if it was in their ability they fixed any issue that arose. The beds are very comfortable in between firm and pillow top soft and they give you two soft and two firm pillows on each bed. The breakfast was exceptional- bacon, Turkey sausage, 3 types of eggs: scrambled, fried, and cheese omelet, muffins, bagels with pb or cream cheese, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, milk, juices, coffee, tea,! The hotel smelled clean and looked clean and we felt safe and comfortable here with our children.

The pool was still being fixed up and the heater was still broke so they were allowing guests to swim in a cold pool at their own risk which I wish they wouldn’t have announced because my kids were upset when I said No but we are hoping by the next stay it is fixed and ready for the kids to enjoy!
