Clean and inviting property at an affordable rate. I was coming off of a double shift at a local hospital and it was too tired to drive home so I booked a hotel room and plan to sleep before I drove back to Massachusetts

The courtesy of the staff left a lot to be desired. As explained before they were very aggressive when it came time for checkout calling twice and knocking twice (all of which I answered and confirmed I was gathering my belongings to checkout) and then on the final call they threatened to charge me with another night if I wasn't downstairs in 5 minutes. This was at 11:10 a.m. I understand it's important to get guests checked out in order to turn the rooms over for upcoming check-ins, however, I believe you can do that with a little more hospitality and kindness than what I was shown. I felt as if they just wanted to get rid of me and quickly at that. I have many years in the hospitality industry (Hilton) and I would never treat a guest like that. I will not be returning to that particular facility and barring no other options will be avoiding chain completely.

Very comfortable stay.

Very comfy bed with lots of fluffy pillows, large room and the temperature was perfect. Breakfast was, as advertised, high quality with a variety of options (even pumpkin waffles in line with the season). Appreciated their quiet hour policy which everyone seemed to adhere to except for the guy in the room next to me who got to his room at 1:30am and was yelling at someone on his phone.

breakfast was good but the employee was slow to refill the waffles, eggs, and sausage. she was just outside smoking.

TV problem. Had to change rooms. Next room had no written guide to channels. Called desk yo get number for CNN but could not get it. Annoying

The location was great for us. The bed was really comfortable too. The free breakfast was better than we were expecting.

The front desk was rude at check in and check out. The sink isn’t in the bathroom and there is a weird pocket door for the toilet and shower. The shower has terrible water pressure.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We asked for changes to our room and they were granted. The staff was fun and gracious. I even had one of the women teach me how to fold a fitted sheet! Breakfast was generous and the coffee was great.

Bed was a bit old and could have used a new mattress. Otherwise room was clean and comfy.
