I paid through the booking app and this location charged me an additional $400+ at check in and then as I'm showing them the withdrawal out of my checking account from them he told me that I was wrong and he didn't charge me. Took almost 4 hours to get that money refunded to my account. Then about an hour after we checked out I looked at my banking app again and this hotel had charged me another $845. Whe I called they told me they didn't charge me and they didn't know why I was seeing that charged. Took me almost 2 weeks to get my money returned that time. Very disappointed, will never stay there again.

Rooms smaller like smoke one room had roaches in it, the person was transferred to a different room

I don't know when it switched from a Super 8 to a Ramada, becuase a lot of stuff still said Super 8, and I don't know if that switch had anything to do with the problems but it was bad. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped. With in ten minutes the bottom or our socks were black. There were tobacco spit on the shower curtain and when I went to clean it off it pulled the two shower curtains (a cloth curtain with a plastic one buttoned to the inside) apart and pubic hairs came out. They were everywhere. I have never wished I was wearing shower shoes in a hotel until that day Hair on the wall, pubes on the curtain. I was afraid to check the bed sheets to close. I laughed at the four inch border of carpet they left on the wall when they replaced the flooring but I stopped laughing when I realized how gross the place was

It look like a place where you go and shot up dop. Also, look like the cops would raid this place in a second. Tried double charging me for the place too.

The minimal service and blatant deferred maintenance.

Quite simply filthy - for example - in the room, there were cobwebs on the chair, the (open) hotel halls look like they were last cleaned 30 years ago and need to be spray blasted, the hall ashtrays had literally hundreds of cigarette butts in them, the smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere, including inside the non-smoking rooms $161.34 is just way tooooo much for a run down, dirty hotel - and not even breakfast.

It was nice to have a restaurant attached to the motel, It made settling down more convenient.

It was very outdated and the exit doors were not marked well ...did not know which doors were operational or fire exits. It felt like we were in a section of town that required protection? It really did not feel like a safe area.
