Needs better quality toilet paper

I came to stay at this hotel to visit some friends from out of town and catch up. While I was there, my car was hit over night in the parking lot by a dumb drunk driver. But thankfully the hotel staff was so helpful.. i was devastated to wake up to the police informing me my car was hit. But the hotel manager was amazing. He reviewed the footage and is going to be providing it to the police to help me with this whole process. The hotel manager was out of town when this all happened, but he made it his priority to contact me right away when he got back in the morning. The breakfast was amazing, my daughter really enjoyed the quality of the breakfast. The older gentleman who works at the front desk was very nice, he saw how upset I was when I found out about my car being hit and he came over to provide comfort and offered me a coffee. I really have an overall good experience and if I come back to Austin, I will certainly be staying here.

I didn't like that my car got hit. But it was not the hotels fault by any means. They did everything possible to help with this whole process.

Our beds were very comfortable. The location is great because it's near grocery shopping and it was close to my relatives.

I found the bed pillows to be too hard.

The breakfast the first day was very good, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy , however , day two saw that they did not have yogurt or adequate milk supply. When asked, the response was, it will be here this afternoon., We also reported that our room had a musty odor and that we could not get the a/c unit to function correcly.

Close to venue we were going too. Amenities worked. Near places to eat. Breakfast included, nothing over the top but plenty to feed the kids and family!

Front desk felt chaotic in the morning. There was a gal there in the morning making comments for guests to hear about the way breakfast was set up and mumbling under her breath other comments about the breakfast station and not knowing where to put items. She then went back behind the desk.

Dog barking in room beside me. when I moved to another room, it was just above me. I couldn’t get away from it. Had to ask staff to vacuum the new room again because there was pet hair on the floor. They graciously complied. However, there was dander that must have remained because I kept sneezing. May I suggest for some rooms to remain pet free so those with allergies can enjoy the facilities too.

Staff and breakfast was great. Used the conference for social gathering was very helpful.

The hot tub in the pool area was closed. Also, the hot tub in our suite did not get very warm the only two disappointments.

The beds were comfy and the water for showering was hot. It was a quieter stay.

Toilet had poop and pee all over it, shower rod was broken and staff only offered another room. Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9:30AM then again at 10:15 while checkout is at 11. Then proceeded to check me out while I ran to the store that morning. Pool door is always locked even with key card. Not coming back here.
