Everything is Good!

The glass from the dishwasher it says it's all clean but when I took it OMG it's broken then It cut my finger .. Thanks my wife brought our First Aid.

the mattress was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. poor quality night sleep.

Clean and close to airport

Surprised that I got the single queen bed and the extra pillow looks not clean

We booked Queen room, the bed was barely full size. Called front desk, told, "That's our Single Queen". Informed there's no such thing, two adults can't sleep comfortably on that bed, asked for manager, who was unavailable. Told the only other option was King room, for almost $100 more. Booking.com was helpful, this property was not.

Breakfast was great. There were a lot of options including breakfast sandwiches. The room was a good size and everything was nice and clean.

There was not anything that I would complain about.

This is a great hotel! The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was perfect for my needs and the parkland and walking paths around the ponds were great for walking my service dog. I felt safe even at night and I got the R & R I was looking for. The bed was very comfortable and the room in general was quiet. I hardly knew anyone else was there.
