I booked a non smoking room but the room has a strong stale smoke smell

Man at front counter was not helpful or friendly at all

The Roaches were disgusting and there was no breakfast the bed had human hair on it.

Staff was rude. They claimed the room wasn't paid in full until proof of payment was provided through email . In which the extra money was refunded that was charged . Overall a very unpleasant staff. Will not be back

Indian man at the front desk was hard to find. Didn't really want to communicate either. Have stayed here before and the othe front desk staff have been great. Room had I toilet paper roll, 2 coffee satchels for the entire two days

Nothing. Lied about breakfast, except a couple of buns, there wasn't anything else.

Horrible place, not fit for humans. Unclean, unhygienic, no upkeep or maintenance.

The room was supposed to be smoke-free room and it smelled like people were smoking in there in the past. I had a hard time sleeping in the room without waking up all night. The front desk lady was not very pleasant. The breakfast was greasy honey buns that looked like the Little Debbie brand. They don't put fresh fruit, yogurt or milk out for the guest. It would be descent if there was a toaster and bread for breakfast! I used the juice machine to get my husband and me some orange juice and it came out with a brown tint to it. I decided we would go to a different place to eat our breakfast. The bathroom was not very clean. The floor felt tacky and sticky to walk on without socks. The next morning when we took our socks off we noticed how nasty the floors made our socks look. The water fluctuated from warm to cold. I tried to get a bath and the water kept draining out.

Very dirty and run down. Did not stay. Ants all over the floor and blood on the wall in the bathroom. Disgusting

The price was right, it was a convenient stop right off the Interstate and they provided a clean, safe room. We were totally satisfied.

We had no complaints.

The rooms were clean, and came with a fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and a pleasure to talk to when I checked in. No foul play.

Breakfast was lacking, there was only apple/orange juice, coffee and honey buns to offer to guests.
