The location was perfect . Staff was friendly when approached . The breakfast foods were good choices and delicious!
The cleaning staff didn’t make an effort to clean refresh towels or make up the bed , I felt that they should think about updating some of the rooms. Do some repairs. The room we stay in toilet paper holder broken from the wall, hair dryer did not work. I felt that the room didn’t seem to be safe for elderly, shower had no handles for assistance. The heat/ air conditioning control was in the hallway no individual controls heat was automatically coming on ( another tenant would turn it up. Would have nice to have in each room as it was too hot for sleeping

"The front desk was very nice and they were able to upgrade me free of charge for a King size room that was available."
