An oasis at the end of a long day.

The staff, particularly Dylan. Great personality and very efficient. It really was a perfect rest spot for us after we had had a long travel day. We felt welcome and the rooms were great.

I expected more from what I paid and will not stay there again.

It was clean and the staff was very nice.

They had a breakfast buffet and the eggs were cold and they ran out of some food items. I had to call to have the TV reset. Coffee pot in the room didn’t work properly. Bed was uncomfortable.

Great place to stay while passing through

Very comfortable room and bed for a one night stay. Front desk staff was friendly

No free breakfast, but we appreciated the fact that the Cafe was still open for a bite to eat when we arrived.

Comfortable stay, the pool facilities are in need of improvement.

Rooms very comfortable.

The pool was cold and the hot tub was out of action, the pool was far too chlorinated.

Nothing special about this property

The room was clean and comfortable The nearby waking trail was awesome

The price. I dont mind paying that much for a hotel where the service matchs the expense but I dont feel the staff was very helpful expecally in the dining area. I also feel for the price breakfast should have been included

stayed two nights. the pool and hot tub were nice but they couldn’t keep up on having fresh towels in there. the breakfa

Nice and Quiet..

clean ,Quiet , nice staff with exception of chef wasn’t there so paid for a breakfast in app but was only cold stuff like cereal !!

Great location

I have a 2 lb mini chihuahua who is very well trained. They charged me 75.00 dollars extra for him to stay with us in the room. He doesn't even eat that much in food for 2 months. Because he travels everywhere with us I will not be staying at The Hilton again. Which is a shame because I really like the location and the rooms. But 75.00 extra dollars is a lot.

It was clean and prime location

Website was very misleading. The restaurant is not a full service restaurant. You sit in the hotel lobby and order food from a menu that is only cooked in a microwave or air fryer. Restaurant was advertised as full service and it is far from that.

from arrival to departure the service was perfect.

easy to find and staff made it easy to check in. breakfast was available on site. overall accommodating.

property was in a easy to find location, weather was only issue very cold.

Fast easy checking, very quiet room bed was very comfortable

It snowed over night and salt was put down but it was so cold so when the ice melted on the walk way was super slippery and I fell really hard, I was heading to my pain Dr at the time which was a relief.

Heartless Staff

This hotel took our money, even though we broke down on the side of the road 5 hours away. They told us this wasn't an emergency so they could keep our money and charged us for the full night rate. I will never stay at a Hilton again. Booker beware!

The bed was soft on the side hard in the middle. Difficult to roll to the middle.
