Pet friendly is the main reason we chose this hotel. The room was comfy and the beds were the best we've had in a long time.
The pet entrance gets snow blowing into the doorway, making it challenging yo enter and exit in the winter. No one seemed to be in charge of shoveling it out, so we had to force the door open or closed.
Pet fee was $40 each night instead of per stay. That was unexpected, so added $120 to our stay.

For the value I normally would expect more luxuries such as restaurant, or lounge, maybe pool. For approximately $233.00 a night, was a little pricey for just a room.

Clean, easy access off the road
We did not get a room with 2 beds as per our reservations. The hotel staff said it was bookings.com fault. Not the hotel. The reservations were made over 3 months ago. This is second time this has happened to me with bookings. Not happy but not sure who to blame.

The free breakfast is not worth it. No bagels/bread for toast. Our towel rack was broken along with the hook on the back of the door. We told them about it and they were like ya we know.

it was clean.
the continental breakfast was lacking quality. There were not a lot of choices. i checked in with a service dog the night before. The next day, a lady at the front desk yelled at my husband for having a dog on the second floor. I called ahead to make sure it was ok. There must be no communication between shifts.
