No check-in me foi cobrado um valor maior, informando que a diferença era um depósito que seria devolvido no check-out. No check-out não houve devolução desta diferença, disseram que seria creditado em até uma semana, informei que o pagamento havia sido feito com cartão de débito, a funcionária da recepção não fez a menor questão de entender, se negou a chamar o gerente e se negou ainda a informar um e-mail para contato. Já passou o prazo informado e não houve a devolução do valor pago pelo depósito. Não recomendo este hotel, péssimo atendimento e não cumprem o combinado.

The price was too high, the rooms where not cleaned. I had to ask for new towels. I understand during covid not cleaning the rooms but that was not disclosed. Also the breakfast area was at the reception desk. For what I paid a night this was not ok.

The facility was beautiful! Staff was so nice! Parking was excellent- right at the hotel. Room was nice and very clean. Pricing was excellent, We definitely would stay there again and will definitely recommend to family and friends who travel!

Breakfast choices were good. Staffs were friendly and accomodating.

The checked in was not expected. The staff gave us someone else's room even after we gave her the reservation #. We had to wait awhile to get this straightened out.
