The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were terrible. The cinnamon roll and coffee were decent.
They didn’t have my reservation and after two hours of standing at the front desk they ended up giving me a room but it was $432 instead of $180 which is what I thought I booked it for

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly especially the young lady that assisted me at check-in. The outside area was very well lit at night. The location was perfect and convenient to the DPAC.

Breakfast was great, they had a lot to choose from and seemed well stocked. We loved the automatic pancake maker! The coffee was out 24-7, which we took advantage of. The rooms were well stocked with toiletries and towels. Check in/out was a breeze and parking was convenient.
The mini fridge in the room made an awful ringing sound and we had to unplug it because it was so bad. Thankfully we didn't need to use the fridge. The toilet paper and facial tissue was super rough/scratchy and thin. The sink water was ice cold and took WAY too long to get hot. Didn't use the shower, but I'm sure it took just as long to heat up. There was never any staff around the lobby, anyone could enter the building to get breakfast or coffee or whatever really.

The holiday Inn Express Durham (2516 Guess Rd, Durham, NC 27705) is a fantastic location. The staff are super welcoming and friendly, the room’s clean, the beds are so comfortable, and the breakfast is good. I would certainly recommend staying at this location if you’re in the area.
Maybe ask for a room away from the Highway as I was able to hear it from the second floor room I was in.

It was well lit outside and easy to navigate.
Room was close to highway which didn’t allow for good sleep due to the noise of busy interstate.

The breakfast was amazing. There was a nice gentleman that helped me with the pancakes and made sure we had everything we needed.
I honestly can’t name I think that I wasn’t happy with. One of the cleanest if not the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at.

Great food in the morning; Filled me up. Staff were very nice.
The room smelled of BO. It was clean, but it just smelled. That's my only complaint, other than that, it was an awesome stay.

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. It was conveniently located right off the interstate and close to our destination
The breakfast was not good. The veggie egg white Omelets had ham in them when there was plenty of meat beside them for the meat lovers. Everything else was bread and sugar. I just had a banana and left

Very clean and nice. Location was convenient for us. We were allowed to get a late check-out time, which really helped us very much.
