The property is a beautiful location

make sure you’re checking which days you were going there when we went everything in the area it was closed. Don’t go on a Monday or Tuesday

The rooms have nice layouts, but are in need of updates.

The glasses (all plastic with cracks in them), dishes and cooking pans were filthy. We contacted staff and a box of plates and a few glasses was delivered to the room. We were told that the dirty dishes would be removed when we checked out two days later. The rooms need to be updated. In October, very little is open at the resort. We were not advised about this in advance.

beautiful location

the cleaning of the property was much to be desired. work was being undertaken on the balconies and we were advised prior to arrival . however there was no reduction in price. work was supposed to start at 8am but the workmen were outside our property at 7.30 . no chance of sleeping !!!!!

I liked the location and the park

The beds were uncomfortable i had 3 cushions instead of pillows. I asked to change rooms at reception but the staff told me all the rooms were the same and they didn’t have a room with two beds other than a sofa bed. For the price I paid I was not satisfied.

It had a pool and was close to where we needed to be. The staff was helpful anytime there was a question.

Construction meant no sleeping in. Pool opens for guests at 11 only but people for the water park were let in at the same time leaving little space for guests until the park opened. The microwave couldn’t open completely because it was mounted too tight to the wall, the bathroom shower door couldn’t swing completely open either as it swung into the toilet. The room was furnished with some cooking utensils that were half broken/missing. The fans had coatings of dust which were nice allergens.

Convenient activities for family. Multiple choices for food / resturants. Additional outdoor activities / games & multiple indoor & outdoor fire places! Great views!

Bed was a little harder than I like but I slept good.

We loved the lodge. Personel is amazing, location is great, clean. The nature is amazing. Lake and the beach are great. We wished the beach was opened longer. But still great experience. Water indoor park is great too.

Indoor water park needs little updates. On top of that is was not that clean. We saw bandages everywhere and here and there trash. Maybe a cleaning person to go through couple of times a day would be good.

Pretty property. Family-convenient with kitchen included.

Rooms no longer include use of all of the waterpark. It only includes outdoor pool, and when there’s a chance of rain, that is closed. Cost us over a hundred to use all of the waterpark per day, and there seemed to not be enough staff, since only one water slide set was open at a time. One set is for younger kids, and the other is meant for older. So, if your a family with a range of ages in it, part of your family is able to ride, and the other is not. The lack of all slides being open to use, creates long long lines, and people unwilling to share tubes. When larger slides are only ones open, the younger kids have nothing. All of this together made the wave pool packed with people who had no where else to go. Even that was closed a portion of the time because of an accident. This resort should go back to including full use of the waterpark with a nights stay. It is not worth paying each day for the poor access you get.
