It was clean and comfortable. The staff promptly addressed a situation when kids playing video games in a nearby room were yelling at the top of the lungs at 2:30 a.m. The breakfast was good, and included scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes.

No upgrades in the room as far as usb ports to plug and charge your phone. Asked front desk if they could possibly help me all I had was the usb wire to charge my phone not the adapter plug and they couldn't help figured there would have Bern a usb port to connect in the room and nope there wasn't

My room was next to the stairs and continuously people were stuck in the stairwell and banged on the doors and walls all hours of the evening and morning. I cut my stay short and left.

When I book the room I ask **4+** & 2 beds online. When checked in the host Dulce ask "for 4 people?" I said "no, its 4+" then she repeated "4+". Dulce proceeded checking me in gave my keys. I left to dinner with my family because we had just driven from Mexico. Came back in I get a call to my room that I had to pay 35.00 per additional person (2people) I ask "why? if Dulce never ask me or said anything when checking me in". The regional manager Yani join the discussion said thats their regulations I ask why didn't Dulce say anything to avoid this conflict then now iam being ask to be charged?" RM Yani said "I can give you options to pay, check out or you can pay for an other room for discount price for at least $100.00". Thereafter she said we weren't allowed to stay in the specific room w/4+ people now! ( first she's charging for the additional person to stay in the room!!!!! and now that we werent allowed to to be in that room) I was upset because I had to take my children out at 10 pm and look at a different Hotel to stay at this time of the night when I just booked this room for 1 night I had a few hours left to sleep. I ask for my check out email or receipt NOW HER SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND SHE COULDN'T GIVE ME A PAPER RECEIPT OR EMAIL that my security deposit and my money was going to get reimbursed. She ended up making a copy of the receipt for what check in for. And trust their words. Worst experience Rm Yani and Host Dulce need more traning. Yes I was furious..

Best managed hotel ever. We loved it, and we'll be back. Everyone was super friendly and professional.

The hotel has a complimentary breakfast. The sheets were clean, and the staff cleaned the room mid week.

There was no wifi access (during my stay maintenance was being done on that) on the top floor, so I couldn't use all my devices. My room door was broken so I couldn't access my room in a timely manner.

The WiFi didn’t work in my room during my entire stay. I voiced a complaint with the front desk clerk within a few minutes of my checking in. She told me that a maintenance man will check it out in the next morning and if he was unable to fix the WiFi she will assign me another room. The next morning, the maintenance man came into my room and was unable to connect to WiFi on his cellphone. After the Maintenance man left my room, I called the front desk clerk to request another room and was told there was no available room.

The wifi signal is poor, could not use computer at my room due to weak wifi signal. As an guest from Taiwan via China airline, our airplane could only stop at international terminal. Even though the hotel do offer free pick-up, but they could only pick the customer at Terminal 2 or 4. However, there was no airport shuttle for the traveler to take to move from international terminal to terminal 2 or 4, so the traveler will need to take a walk from international terminal to terminal 2. It will take a lots of efforts and time. Besides, the message you asked on booking.com will not get any reply.
