Very relaxing atmosphere. Room was good, location was great, and free use of bikes and kayaks was a bonus.

Beautiful, quiet place lovingly equipped and maintained. Beach house is beautifully decorated and has a fantastic shower with fluffy towels. Hosts really thought of everything, from the complimentary goodies in the office to the hammock in the oalm trees. Quiet, quiet, quiet.

There is a strong odor at the water’s edge, probably from rotting vegetation under the riprap.

I fell in the bath tub, and I notified the clerk she said they will make note of it. didnt ask if I needed to go to hospital or nothing was done. I broke my rib, the tub was so slippery, ended in a clinic and did an exray and C.T. Scan. a broken rib is extremely painfull. this delayed my foot surgery which was scheduled for the next week. I was unable to lay down in a bed without pain.

Room really small - more space

Being close to the water - seeing beautiful clouds and extraordinary sunsets made this a magical place. Did not partake of the amenities - pool or bicycles but it was very inviting to have accessible.

The need to step up into the bathroom was sometimes a challenge. We could readily hear people talking next door which I disliked and made it difficult to fall asleep.

our first room had malfunctioning air conditioner. next morning they upgraded us to lovely bungalow.

Stunning property with lots to do. My son and I used one of their kayaks which was amazing

Lots of grills, nice outdoor lights, nice comfy outdoor couch by a fire pit.

I would give this amazing property 11 points out of 10. Clearly undervalued and absolutely hidden gem in Florida Keys. Totally recommended and we are coming back next year with other family members.

This place so very peaceful and relaxing.

The mattress was too soft for us but since a mattress comfort is such a personal preference that is really a complaint - just provided for information.

We were 4 adults and the rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. Great location and lovely views.

There were bar bqs on site which we didn't use as we had to buy plates and cutlery. Maybe you should provide some disposable ones from reception. We would have loved to get the grill going

location and view; excellent amenities, even wine is complimentary. Pleasant and helpful staffs. Andy always great me with a smile. Got kayaks, nice deep pool for lap swimming. bike. fire pit. Ice machines. Hammock, swing chairs. All equipment in working order. 7 minutes to Publix. They DON’T charge low rate then nickel and dime you for everything. The grounds are well maintained every day. We stayed in December for 5 days in sea view room with kitchen and use grill to heat our food . This place is for people who like tranquility and nature. I am able to swim at the small beach with a life vest. Sombrero beach is 10 minutes by car .

Just minor suggestions, not negative . Mark the room light switch in hallway by mirror . Long vertical mirror for ladies . Trash container outside room should be relocate . Staff do take it every day though. For first timer , iron can be requested at front desk. Make sure to ask for policy before booking to see if you can abide by the long list of rules before booking. Wish Florida recycle.
