BED - Excellent & Comfortable STAFF - Super friendly manager on duty at check in and check out. Ms. PATEL was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. CLEANLINESS - Excellent and very clean. BREAKFAST - Included and hot items available along with fruit, yogurt, juices and other items. ATMOSPHERE - Very quite, I didn't hear road traffic once I was in my room and I didn't hear my neighbors. I only heard 1 man talking as I passed his door. Very nice. FLOORS - Hardwood or vinyl in the rooms and I loved it because it felt so much cleaner than the carpet in most hotels!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Water could be hotter in shower. I have been told I like to melt my skin off but I had it up all the way. Seriously this was such a good stay it's hard to find issues.

Comfortable beds and clean.

The elevators went out and I had no help getting all my stuff down the stairs. It was more instant food not anything hot.

Considering that we went to Tyler for a dear friend's funeral that weekend, the hotel accommodations were very nice.

Some things that should have been in operation were not. Such as the restroom in the lobby. There was an Out of Order sign on the door. Very inconvenient for a 79 yr mother that you're caring for.

I don’t write reviews very often, but this is warranted. to start the AC didn’t hardly work, says no smoking but the room smelled awful of smoke, tried using the laundry to wash my work clothes and it kept turning off causing me to spend 3 times what I should have. The breakfast was awful and required zero effort from the hotel staff. To top it all off when I flushed the toilet it continues to run. so like any actually man I removed the rear tank cover to see what the issue is and there was a used needle and syringe wedged inside under the flapper. when I let the font desk know all I got was an “okay” and “I’ll make a note of it”
