Breakfast was great both mornings that we were there. Magdalena was very polite and helpful during our stay.
The security camera was not working while we were staying there by the front entrance. My son's vehicle was broken into the last night we stayed and his belongings were stolen. There was no video surveillance to show to the police to catch the perpetrator.

The staff was friendly an apologetic that the elevator was curretly out but said someone was coming to fix it. Which was done shortly after we arrived. My father walks with a cane and she said she would give us a first level room if they had any.

The jacuzzi tub was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was great, too.

Like the location of property. Hotel was clean but carpeting in the halls were worn and first impression lead me to question room maintance. However the rooms were nice and updated.
Hallway carpets could be replaced.

Great location, comfortable room, even with the amount of people checked in the room was very quiet

Decent breakfast, nice pool and jacuzzi.
The mattress was extremely soft, too much for my comfort but that is very personal. A somewhat squeaky bedframe was annoying but nothing life-threatening.

Place is clean and quiet as well as the parking lot. Breakfast is good except we got down there after 9 am and coffee was gone and so was sausage gravy. But still many other options.
