Availability of pool/hot tub was awesome! Staff were all amazing people.

location was good and the staff was very friendly
the room was kind of small. they had to move us to another room when we checked in. the refrigerator was broken, a lamp was missing the button to turn it on and the room smelled awful. they moved us across the hall. that room was good.

super clean! Walkng distance of a mall, grocery store, and gas station. great parking and well laid out interior (signs explaining where pool/gym/laundry are right next to the elevator and stairs). very nice staff but not overbearing which for me is a 10/10
finding the entrance is a nightmare if you have no idea where you’re going

It was very clean, friendly staff, and felt very comfortable! The beds were very comfy and the food was pretty good!
I with the Breakfast area was a little bigger it was a little crowded but that’s okay!

common area carpeting needs ripped up and switched out BAD, looks so dirty
pool was freezing so couldn’t enjoy it
MAJOR rust in pool area was not appealing
walls and doors were thin so was woken up at every sound

my tub faucet dripped so I had to shut the door so I could sleep.

Room was small, but clean and delivered as advertised. We asked for extra blankets and they were happy to provide them. Thanks.
Room was small, they were short staffed, the woman at the front desk was kind, but she didn't understand much English. It made it kind of hard.

The hotel had a very good location, not that far from downtown MPLS, airport close by, close to Paisley Park (reason of our visit) nice restaurants in the neighboorhood, target close by, liquor store around the corner, standard butnice pool and hot tub.

Very few staff, maids yelling in hallway, couldn’t find any staff, loud hallways - laundry room open all the time.

Close to the mall and stores.
They weren't able to clean our room during our 4 nights stay! Not a single day! They were always no person on the front desk! Towels are always out in the swimming area!
