Disappointing

Owner was helpful and pleasant man

There was black mold around the shower stall and floor by the bathroom door was broken and felt spongy almost from water damage . The bed was comfortable enough but the room is in need of repair

The pillows were good.

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but quite obviously people had smoked in it and there was an ashtray in it. The bathroom floor wasn't sealed down there were tiles that were loose and broken and full of grout. The air conditioner did not work.

INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS. STAY AWAY!!!!

It was a cheap room within range of where I needed to be for work.

The bedbugs that were leaping off me when I got home. They are now in my car and home thanks to this filthy establishment.

Under Construction

The location was great.

Very old, run down, no hot water, broken bathroom tiles. Needs a major overhaul which looks like have begun. Just needed a place to crash after a few beers with a friend who lived nearby. Served it’s function but needs a lot of work. Staff were very nice.

The basics of a clean night's sleep and shower were appropriately met.

What breakfast?? towels and bed linens were clean and comfortable. Some exterior noise as I was next to the office. Although I had no need for them there was a refrigerator and microwave available.

outside door said NO SMOKING however there was an ashtray provided on the night stand. More important, there were no disposable cups. Having to take medications with a cupped hand of water was sloppy. I had to move the table in order to see to do some work, but even that was a dimly lite.

Not too Bad, needs a lot fo work and cleanliness.

Room was not too clean at all, We did our own clening, bathroom was dirty, the tiles were falling off, dirty water stains everywhere. The only good thig was the refrigerator was new. and I had to put 2 chairs on the door because the lock didn't close all the way.
