The room was clean but dated. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom or it was broken. It was extremely noisy. We could hear every footstep around.

The entrance to tge local restaurant was attached to tge hotel. Very convenient.

The hotel location is conveniently located near the location where we work, and the fitness center is open 24/7.

The room wasn't as clean as I would expect, particularly in the restroom, and it appears that the fitness center is rarely cleaned. The t-stat in the fitness center also does not seem to control the associated HVAC unit. There is no breakfast offering at the hotel, apart from a discount voucher at the adjacent restaurant. Just not convenient for hotel guests (IMO).
