The location was convenient for getting to and from the Delta Center. The breakfast options were good.
The elevator stopped working right away, and the sauna didn't seem to turn on. When getting breakfast, they had very loud construction work happening on the front entry that was really loud.

The King Room that was assigned to us on the first level was spacious for a family of 3. The fact that it had hardwood floors was perfect for our little pet, plus the room was right next to an Exit door so it was so fast and easy to get our pet out for a walk. Warm breakfast was definitely a plus, too!
There was an odor when we first stepped into the room. The room looked clean and in good order, but there was that unpleasant smell that lingered. Turning the fan on in cool mode didn't help, so we ended up buying a fragrance candle to get rid of the smell.

The handicap room was so nice. It had a lounge chair to elevate my legs. The bathroom had sturdy grab bars to help me function getting in and out of the bathtub.
I thought they had a functioning indoor pool. It was under repair . They said I could walk across the parking lot and swim in a different hotels pool. It was a football field away. Too far for me to walk , especially in the winter with a wet suit on. The exercise in the pool is all the exercise I get because of my handicap condition. Too bad I could not do it.

It was not bad, but it didn't meet our expectations... It's not the best location for a family (my personal opinion). The breakfast can be better... Our breakfast was included, but we decided not to eat there...

Great location, everything was close by but even taking the car wasn't difficult. Size of the room was good, the breakfast was amazing, incl. the service and staff at the front desk. Nothing to complain about.
