Weird smells

Very fun and glad to get away from home . Went swimming here and the kids had fun . Slept all night long like a baby . 👍

Clean, staff was nice, comfortable. I liked that the ice machine was near by.

.The breakfast where to go bars, coffee was decafe and the hot tube was closed down. Pool is very small. Reasons why I would not stay here again.

I loved the frontdesk clerks especially Liz and Vonda.

The manager is rude and didn't know how to D speak to customers

We had a leak in our room and without hesitation they gave us a new room!

Liked our king rm equipped with kitchen counter,stove,cabinets, sink,full size refrigerator. And when we checked in there was an awesome, friendly ,nice yng man by name of Tyson Strange working in front desk. . This yng man is exceptional very courteous, respectful, well mannered, sweet and kind. When we have another planned trip. We will definitely make reservations at Extended Stay.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. I needed cooking utensils that is advertised in their lobby to provide. They do not. Mystery stains on the carpets in the room everywhere. Laundry facility was but the do not provide quarters to wash your clothes unless you buy a $10. I had to walk to the Hotel next door to get quarters. Finally I was virtually eaten alive by something that produced welts all over. Stay away from this location if possible.

24 hour reception

No daily housekeeping. Smelled bad. Strange stains on carpet. Got our room wrong. Charged me again after I already paid. Huge pot holes in parking lot. No breakfast provided when it's stated on the website that it is provided with my booking. Beds were hard. TV remote never worked. Old bandaid stuck to wall.

And neither did toilet. I’ll be getting my money back

The staff was friendly and did what he could to assist. Location to everything good but signage to hotel poor. Beds comfortable.

The microwave had rust on the inside! The ac didnt work. The ac filter was filthy. The life preserver at pool was old torn and cracked. Rusted bathroom fixture. Pictures on website deceiving. Room had an ordor.

Pictures of the pool are so not the same guys. The pool has a wall that’s literally kind of coming apart. The cement is falling, the hot tub wasn’t working. Once you go inside the facility it smells like weed, we stayed in the third floor and it smelled moldy. The carpet was also coming off which had like staples or something popping out from the floor!!!I had my baby and my son with me. Worst decision ever!!!Breakfast yea no, they freaking had granola bars and coffe🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾. I hated that I chose that one. I could have paid like 20 more and stayed at la Quinta with extremely better service!!!
