I liked the place but not the location. Everybody was nice. The breakfast was good. Overall we had a good experience.

The place was one of the cleanest motels we have visited in our 40plus years of traveling. .
Very minor- could upgrade breakfast a bit with things like 1/2 and 1/2 instead of artificial creamer, forks and spoons that are not so flimsy, and skim milk in addition to whole milk.

Location, spacious clean room, extra helpful personnel and the owner. Doing good job!
Renovated facility and we are know what we are talking about past and present.
Good gym till 10pm.

Cracker Barrel - 1 minute walk!
A little bit noisy from i-75 with open window.
Pet friendly but there is a daily fee.
Coffee machine doing something dark...
Milk doesn't help either. May be beans etc but no no no. Kind of worst coffee in our life (except in café in Mammoth Cave - never forget!).
Safe would be good option.

Location to KICC was close and easy.
Room was not clean. Booking pictures outdated. There is not a hot tub, when you look at pictures there is one in pictures which is specifically why I booked this property. I would have gone with a different hotel if I had known.

Room size
All water flow stopped while showering. Called front desk and she said that nothing was wrong. When I went to he front desk to talk to them, she just laughed and turned away.

That we made it in before the pool closed.
That the pancake robot was set to make pancakes that were rediculously small.

Location was perfect for us. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Our room was comfy and had everything we needed.

Pool was nasty.liner was sagging and appeared to have mold growing Hot tub was disgusting. Water level was low, water looked green
Doesn't seem that they check on the water or ph levels. We selected this hotel based on the pool and hot tub combination and was very disappointed

Absolutely no water pressure. Water completely stopped in the middle of my shower. Had to wait 10 minutes for pressure to build back up

The Ramada is fantastic! I didn’t realize it until we were pulling in but we have stayed here multiple times and will be back!
the only bad this about the property is the elevator smelled like dog urine! considering this hotel is pet friendly, you can expect it!
