There was a clammy, wet feeling in the room. My socks were wet when I went to bed, and they hadn't dried out when I woke up next morning.

The door on the bathroom was hard to open and close, the faucet was leaking water into the floor, and the tub wasn't clean. For the tub, they put a type of paper down to cover the stains. The parking was insane. They had restaraunt parking everywhere instead of a section. When I arrived, I barely had any parking.

Breakfast was atrocious, no meats and watery, powdered eggs with nasty, breakfast staff, that speak limited English…

DO NOT STAY in ruins 122 or 116, dried blood on the bed and jacuzzi jets don’t work…

The pillows were not good. I got neck pains and couldn't sleep. The price was also high as I booked via booking.com. The price I saw on best western website was lower. Plus they didn't give military discount. They said because I booked from booking.

I was happy they had availability.

There was a power outage, which I was NOT expecting. When I questioned if I can be refunded for the stay, I was told there was a scheduled maintenance in the area (which they knew about), but did not disclose to their guests - They laughed at me for saying it was dishonest to let their guests know about this. They also started to play games when it came to offering me some sort of a refund, and when I called customer service, they said they did not have the means to override the decision of the hotel. To pay money for a stay at a location, and then to be laughed at for asking to have been notified, was completely disrespectful. I will not be going back to this location by any means. Besides this fact, the carpets felt wet, and the tub had not been cleaned properly from the guest before.
