Beautiful and safe
My bathroom door would not close properly and the room smelled musty or dusty. I felt very allergic. For the price I paid, at least door should have closed and the room should not have felt dusty.

Location was great.
Parking. Almost all parking is on one side of the hotel. Makes a long walk to the other side with bags.

The staff were all very friendly & helpful! 17 inches of snow arrived overnight & some of the staff stayed overnight to make sure all the guests needs were met. One was shoveling out cars parked in the handicapped spots. We forgot to pick up dish soap for my grand daughter's bottles. The front desk clerk got us a cup with dish soap so we could wash her bottles. I feel the staff go above & beyond for their guests!
Our only issue was the ventilation in our room. We had a suite & with the door closed to the bedroom the entertainment are became very warm. They are however in the process of refurbishing rooms. Hopefully that is on their list. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

They had many breakfast options in the morning, the pool and spa were very nice and relaxing. There weren’t a lot of people during my stay so it was very quiet which was nice and we had the pool all to ourselves the entire trip.

The rooms were as advertised and comfortable. the king efficiency suite was good sized. breakfast was great! kids loved all the choices.
The pool and hot tub were a bit smaller than we realized and it was a crowded weekend with the hit tub not working on Saturday (presume there was an incident since they were cleaning it out, so clearly not their fault). that said, the chemical smell was over powering and the kids started coughing after being there 20 minutes the next day.

For breakfast the eggs looked great but when you bite into the scrambled eggs all you feel is water coming from them and no taste,gross.
