People hanging around the vehicles, uncomfortable beds, dirty walls and building, not provided enough towels.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable.
The door key didn’t work on several occasions. My husband walked directly from the office to our room with the card in his hand, after getting it re-magnetized, and it didn’t work. So it wasn’t because of something we were doing.

i like the cleanliness of the room.
but what we liked the most was the friendliness of the owner and staff.
It’s a little outdated but well kept.

The front desk employee was sweet.
The smell was really bad. It smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. It also smelled like urine, especially on one side of the bed towards the floor.

The pillows were very hard and flat the microwave was dirty the bathroom was disgustingly dirty there was still items in the night stand drawer from another past guest I will never stay at red roof inn again and I will review so others know to stay away also

Proximity to Mc Clane stadium.
Room was not clean when we arrived (mirror, refrigerator, toilet bowl), and some miscellaneous cardboard trash on the floor. There were only 2 sets of towels for 3 people. There was no regular coffee for the room coffee maker (decaf only). Only 1 small bar of hand soap and 1 of bath soap. No express breakfast available, even though the room was nearly $200/ night.

the AC was off when we arrived. it took a few hours to cool down but the room was clean. hotel is right off the highway.

You could hear high level noise through the walls and upstairs. Beds needed to be replaced.

uncomfortable, smelled like a smokers room, air conditioner was loud. couldn’t even use it. air holes between the door and wall.
