I understand the 100.00 deposit for damages, but didn't like them not immediately putting the money back in my acct Also the WiFi should just have a password posted in the room instead of having to make an account and having to log in, etc... We also needed a street level room to help my handicap wife able to get to the room....it's hard to believe ALL of the lower rooms were taken, the cars were very sparse the next morning, proving that all street level rooms were probably not taken

It was a real deal for what we got.

The room was simple, but very clean. Easy access to the room. The temperature of the room was comfortable during a real arctic chill. The hosts were very nice and very prompt in helping us. The location was very good to reach several destinations of interest to us. Located in a cute small town with lots of boutique shopping.

Floors and bathrooms were not clean. Had a roach in room.

Very decent hotel

Friendly staff, great location and the room was spacious.

Going up the hill to the suites recked havoc on my car. My car sits low so at the top of the driveway it scraped the bottom of my car, so i just parked in the lower parking lot.

it was dirty, the coffee pot lid was broken, used washed cloth was left behind. no sugar nor stir was left.

Only because we had no other options

A child (around the age of 12)checked us in after we had to wait at a closed door at 9:30 pm. In addition we could not use the entrance canapé for shelter for the rainstorm that was going on during our checkin at the hotel because a car (probably the owners car) was parked underneath. when it rains this hard I can asure you that sucks. I assume the canapé was build for guests to get in and out of their vehicle. not for the owner to park his car!!!

we enjoyed our stay. we will stay again on the next visit.

The room was very confortable, the facility was clean, we did have a broken toilet seat but that was not a big deal. my brother and I totally enjoyed our stay.

we did not get soup every day.
