large spacious rooms. Fantastic location ski in and out.
There are no staff, per se. You are renting an apartment and if that's what you want the building is OK. The facility is a bit dated as are the rooms. The lounge is outboard of the main lodge and you have to go outside to access it. The facility did not have enough maintenance staff to keep the walkways passable during the snows so we could not use the lounge. The front drive and access roads were not ploughed during our stay. The garage had a large ice curb form, blocking passage of vehicles, even our large 4 wheel drive. We told the on site manager and she said there was a shovel in the garage. Thanks! they finally had a worker chip out the ice with a pick so we could leave, but that took 90 minutes. There are no services ( including maid service) no valet and no bell.

rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. the clubhouse and deck are very fun to hang out at as well, cozy to sit at the fireplace and hang out in one of the 3 jacuzzis outside. free parking on the attached garage, very friendly and knowledgeable reception staff, squaw valley is very small, but offers great views and all of Lake Tahoes sights and things to do are easy to reach
mattress of the beds are soft, and you could hear others walking around in the rooms above you

This was located in a great area. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance and there is a safe bicycle only trail that goes from the hotel to Lake Tahoe. The hotel lent us bikes for free and there was a hot tub and gym on the premises. We had a full kitchen and a separated seating area in addition to our comfortable bedroom. The staff was very nice and there was ample covered parking.
The view from our room was the concrete base of the ski school next door. They was also major construction going on next door that started at 6am and continued until 6pm every day. We could not open our window nor relax on the veranda because of the dust and noise from the construction. This is just temporary since they hope to be done with the construction in the next few months. Unfortunately, the view from the first two floors aren't great and that's not temporary.

huge construction site next to the lodge, it was mentioned in the booking details but didn’t imagine it would be so big

The room had everything for an extended stay, four burner stove, blender, refrigerator, etc.
The complimentary bike was appreciated by lots of us as well as long, scenic bike paths.
And the restaurants close by were reasonable and good.

The room was perfect, super cozy and we were very impressed by how well equipped the kitchen was. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony which made our breakfasts even more enjoyable. We also loved the hot tub and club house. We will definitely be back!

The 2 bedroom was modern and had a nice layout. Everything in the kitchen worked well and it was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The staff were nice. I liked the multiple hot tubs. I’m sure this condo is amazing during ski season if you ski at Squaw. The bathrooms were clean and nice. I would stay here again.
I would have given it an exceptional on cleanliness, but drawers in kitchen by refrigerator had something sticky spilled on them that I cleaned. It wasn’t noticeable unless you touched the drawers. Otherwise, it was super clean. It was also difficult to cool the bedrooms at night. The heat was on in one of the bedrooms. We slept with windows open and fans on, but it was still hot. It was a little expensive, but a much better value than properties along Lake Tahoe.

Room was nice with an extremely well equipped kitchen. OK obstructed view of the slopes.
It was very difficult to find the exact location, given it is not on a real street and it is partially obstructed by a parking structure. The photo in the listing appears old, not really showing the hodgepodge around it.
