This was a liesure trip that the hotel set a bad mood for.

I liked the location of the property.

The lady who checked me in was extremely rude and I said something to her and she tried to tried to make light of it. when we went to the room there was barely any soap. only one person could take a shower and there was three of us. There were two huge nasty stains in the carpet. There was no elevator, I would think this would be something you would disclose on your website so people would be aware. The last thing I was disgusted with was the breakfast. It was awful.

Passable

Breakfast was a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs added. Adequate. Price was good. Location was great.

When asked for extra pillows for sofa bed was told they were out so our daughter traveling with us didn't have a pillow....never heard of not having enough pillows for all guests. Dark and dated decor. Check-in receptionist wasn't rude but not very friendly either.

Very enjoyable.

Clean and friendly.

No rooms on first floor and my 95 year old mother had to climb the stairs which was difficult for her.

Absolutely nothing the breakfast was cold the staff was horrible and they treated us terrible they rented the first night to us because our dog was a service dog but they would not run to us again because we did not have our papers with us to prove that but they did not even ask for that the first night which is illegal to begin with in the state of Missouri

Location was great. Plenty of places to eat nearby and the staff was wonderful and polite.

Could have had more warm breakfast options.

Overall, we had a good stay.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and comfortable. The location and breakfast were good.

AC needs to be turned on earlier for guests.
