Location - Bathroom was clean and room was nice size

A bit outdated and beds were extremely squeaky. $788 for 4 nights was too high

Multiple areas that had not seen the vacuum cleaner

The room was very comfortable all night that we were there. The temperature was great. The beds were very comfy. Not to soft and not to hard.

I do not have a smart phone so not able to access the restaurant information, also not able to access the tv guide info off the tv, but that was minor.

overall it was a nice hotel

I was charged more than what I was quoted. We asked for a room close to the casino and there really are none but we were given a room that was all the way down the end of a hallway. Walking distance was really far. I probably would have been better off getting in my car and driving around to the casino. That was my biggest complaint was how far our room was.

great check in staff - Nikkita (??)! She put all of our rooms together.

handicap parking at casino entrance is quite far from the entrance. We were traveling with someone in a wheelchair. Also - the casino gave us account cards and told us they put $10 to start with for signing up. The cards were blank. The casino should not stop serving alcohol. The bingo hall should have alcohol. The bingo hall should not stop serving beverages/soft drinks (water!) at 7:30 when the event goes until 8:30.

I like the location & convenience of the activities available.

It was not clean. The air vents were covered in dust & there were dust balls on the floor under the desk h chairs. I was not sure the sheets were even changed. They looked like they were just straightened to.make the bed.

The location, great restaurants, casino. It’s got everything we like.
