I liked that the exercise room was functioning, hot tub working, and food very accessible!
Coffee pot was turned on and water in it when I plugged it in. Water started coming out and I burned myself grabbing a towel to quickly wipe up

Some of the employees seemed disshuffled in appearance. Not very professional looking, pink hair, one looked like she hadn't brushed her hair. One came out with his shirt unbuttoned excessively. When asking for extra pillows or towels they seemed to have to shuffle around to find anything and said they were not sure if they had any. They had no linens or blankets for the sofa bed in the room. Finally came up.with some. They did try but just not what I am used to in a hotel. We had to spend a week there for my daughter's horse camp, I will definitely look for a better hotel next year. I feel they should be better stocked and have a more professional dress code and appearance for their staff.

Not much. Just not much else available.
It was so dirty. So incredibly dirty. They don’t clean the rooms at all. Mold in the bathroom, hair in shower, shower doesn’t drain so shower floor was grimy, toilet full of moldy mildew, medication left on counter from prior guest, nothing vacuumed or cleaned. Don’t even think they changed the sheets. The pillow smelled rancid. It was just beyond gross but we had no other choice. There for a wedding and zero options.

The location was ideal, access to the freeway.
Your website says you have a partnership with a gym but you don't " false advertising" then when I asked what gyms are nearby the clerk couldn't even help me. The pool has so much colorine in the pool our eyes started burning after five minutes we left and didn't enjoy it at all.
