Convenient to downtown Traverse City. Decent breakfast.

More places to hang clothing such as wall hooks and such

Sheila at the front desk was so nice and so apologetic for the mix up in our room that someone else messed up and she had to fix! She was great!!! Went out of her way to fix it! Other likeables: The bed. The cookies. The coffee machine.

Recovering from a broken foot/ankle and we’re supposed to be on the bottom floor. Had to walk up stairs as we couldn’t find the elevator. Someone else got our room even tho they were assigned another room (which we ended up getting) - on the 2nd floor! The bathroom was sooo small! The towels we could see thru. The cost of the hotel room was absolutely ridiculous for what the hotel room looked like. It was very small!!! We paid $310 and it was not worth it!!! Our door didn’t even shut right either! Ugh!

The location is great for visiting Traverse City. The available free shuttle service was a great amenity. Having a breakfast available was a good addition.

The price was very high for what we are used to. I recognize this was the going rates for the area. I would recommend the hotel. Overall a good place to stay.

Staff was very nice, facilities were very clean.

The room was a bit small for a king bed, but we managed.

The staff was exceptional. The shuttle for downtown is a fine idea.

Missed having the pool.

Breakfast was very good. Location was good. Staff was nice. There was everything we needed. It was a good value. We liked that breakfast lasted until 10 a.m.

The carpet needed to be cleaned.

perfect for family of 5, for overnight had small pool, great breakfast and free shuttle downtown for some awesome pizza.
