The bathroom was DISGUSTING!! Dried urine was pooled around the toilet and the floor was dirty. Only one elevator was working, and your staff could use some customer service training. This is by far THE WORST Doubletree we've ever stayed in.

Bathroom had a rusty nail exposed that my daughter cut her toe on. Also a trim in the bedroom was broken

There was a really nice guy at the front desk that handled my issue when I had a power outage in my room. The front desk’s chocolate chip cookies were nice and fresh too. that’s about it.

The property needed a groundskeeper real bad. There was trash that stayed outside for all 3 days that I was there like nobody saw it….not to mention the dog poop.

Checking out was fast. Part of the staff was nice but not helpful.

Location is pretty bad, not much to do around. Staff was not responsive of needs. Very expensive.

I did like that it was near shopping centers, restaurants and FedEx Field.

I did not like that I had to sign my child up to get in the pool which guests could only be in the pool for an hour and we’re already paying $300 a night to stay that was ridiculous. I couldn’t get in the in door pool with my digital key and told front desk and one of the ladies made an unnecessary comment.

I didn’t like that the air in the room is Stuffy, stains on bed linen. a/c blows out like a fan which makes the air flow even hotter. Also the bath tub was not clean it had tooth paste stains on the side of the shower tile.

i didnt get to stay because the high hold on card usually its 50-100 250 was my room rate why would i have to paid double ny rate for a hold on my room

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The food was fresh and the staff was very accommodating.

The hotel could use some remodeling. The room appears to not have anything done to it, since the hotel opened. An update to the refrigerator and the microwave would be a great improvement.

Air coming through the windows, and nobody told us about getting food up at the sub boy station poor selection for food in that area, Like snacks

There was barely enough towels for 1 person. T.V. remote did not work couldn't access on demand movies. Could not get a TV guide on remote and there was not one in the room. Haa hard time getting front desk to answer to complain The bathroom switch plate covered a electric socket that was visibly dirty. Shattered my confidence in cleanliness of bathroom. I cleaned the socket and sprayed bathroom with lysol. You need shower cap in bathroom

The staff weren’t forth coming. There is an extra fee for everything. The staff were busy, however, when you speak to them they don’t really pay attention. I felt like just a number in this hotel instead of a guest.

I'm very big on customer service. Both the greeting concierge and my checkout concierge was very pleasant An older man and a young Hispanic girl. Very nice... We stayed in a pet friendly room it was clean. Didn't even smell like there was a pet in there before. Shower was nice and hot ... Bathroom clean too .. a little dated in some parts but a nice room to lay out in.. cleaning staff is excellent and very friendly when they see you. They look like they like coming to work and it was Christmas. Eve hats off to the cleaning staff and the concierge... Really happy about the mini fridge. Kept my stuff cold and the microwave ..Won't mind staying there again if I go back to VA

Like I said it was a little dated. You could tell it's an older hotel. Some things could have been changed in the room. To be a little upgraded.. but it was very minimal. The whole hotel smell very good. They're definitely doing their job. Definitely not a deal breaker would stay there again if I need to in that part of VA
