Was in a great location.

The smell! The fridge stunk terrible. Maintenance comes in and tells us to leave cabinet door open. Did not fix the problem, smell was disgusting! Not work Th what we paid. Would not recommend

Having to pay for parking.

Loved the spacious room with the mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was really good!

They changed our room rate the last night and charged us for parking both days when I asked the first day at the desk they said it wouldn't be charged, but then I had to spend half hour on the phone getting the parking removed and they couldn't refund the higher room rate.

Only complaint is the room felt a little damp and slight smell (musty)

Very clean the hotel and of course, festive time of year with nice decoration. Great smiling attitude from all the employees.

Honestly, everything was really nice and we had a good time. There’s nothing that I can complain about.

We have stayed at this location numerous times and have never had a bad experience. Staff is always great, Rooms are always clean and spacious, location is excellent
